Terms of Services

BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND PLACED TO PROTECT YOU ("THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER") AND MYSELF ("LEVELHER INC"). IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING ME FOR PROJECTS.

Please Read:

The project (s) payment is non-refundable & our Terms of Service serves as your contract and once paid you are agreeing to all of the terms of service listed here, under product list, and that are/were emailed.

Please understand that at any time, LevelHer Inc has the right to change and/or edit our Terms & Conditions and pricing without notice.

Any projects started on before the adjusted price or change will continue to remain price as is.

We do NOT work on holidays, company vacations, observed holidays, and weekends.

We do NOT email, text, or call outside of business hours. Unless working on your paid project. 

 

Hours of Operations:

These are hours we communicate with prospective customers. We are still working on projects otherwise!

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm | Saturday, Sunday & Holidays – Closed

Communication:

For record-keeping purposes, I prefer to communicate via email so that we’re able to accurately track all details of your project. Please allow up to 24-72 business hours for a response to your email. However, you can communicate via text or social media for a quick question, but if it's regarding design details (please email). It's important that we communicate often to get your project finished on time. Scheduled consultation calls must be scheduled prior to a call. Calls without scheduling will not be answered, sorry.

Payments & Pricing 

All pricing at LevelHer Inc. is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. All projects require full payment or deposit if stated on that service before starting work on your project. Full payment must be received to deliver designs. If there has been agreed pricing between LevelHer Inc and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete.

For projects, $750 and under, payment in full is required before work will begin. For projects over $750, a payment of at least 50% is required before any work will begin. All sales and specially priced packages require full payment. Unless purchased directly from the site, full payment or deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice or the project is subject to cancellation.

All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 48 hours of your final approval of the design concept. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized, and all files will be sent to you.

Suspended and Abandoned Projects  Fees
Please remember that suspended projects can be reactivated within 90 days by paying a reactivation fee of $275 each time. If a project is not reactivated within this timeframe, it will be considered abandoned. Moreover, if you're more than 90 days late in sending materials or feedback, a $275 reactivation fee will be charged. Similarly, if you're more than 180 days late, a $350 reactivation fee will be charged. And if you're 365 days late, the project will terminate, and you will have to purchase a new service.

Please make sure to upload all the information I require within 7-14 days of the start date of your project. For website designs where the photoshoot date has been discussed after 7-14 days, then you're okay as long as. it does not go past 90 days. Any details and pictures that must be uploaded should be submitted according to the timeline detailed in the project email. Remember that if you're late uploading materials or sending feedback, your project finish date will be adjusted according to my schedule.

Lastly, please note that all payments are non-refundable.

SALES - All sales payments are due in full. No refunds or exchanges are available. All services must be completed within 90 days from purchase, or the purchase is void, and you will have to purchase services again.

Payments Types Accepted: Currently, payments are made via Paypal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp or cash if local. No project will begin until payment has been 100% cleared.

​

Web Hosting: the customer is responsible for fees, not LevelHer Inc.

Marketing, Branding, Hosting, and maintenance – No coupons, discounts, or sales are allowed to be used on any of our Marketing and maintenance services.

Domains: Domain names (www.yourbusinessname.com) aren’t included unless you purchased a Branding Package. that offers it. However, I can obtain it for you for $29.95, or you can visit Google Domains or GoDaddy and retrieve one yourself.

​

Refund: Due to the custom nature of our services, we can’t offer any refund. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the purchase, I will gladly accommodate changes of services (minus a labor fee) within reason. There is no refund after labor has been placed into the project.

Estimates/Quote: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the proposal date. Unless otherwise noted. Invoice totals may change if the specifics of the job have changed. A written notation will be emailed to the client if there are any new or additional costs that will affect your final invoice. If, for any reason, you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in the queue, payments already received by LevelHer Inc. will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded.

Discounted packages are not interchangeable or exchangeable with regular services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

More Information:

​

Rush Orders: Rush charges are not automatically added to a job. Rush fees are only accepted per-job bases. It may or may not be available due to scheduling conflicts. Rates are found in shop/product description.

​

Revision: The client receives a Two revision limit on all work. If the client is not satisfied after the three revisions, LevelHer will charge $ per additional revision request.

​

DESIGN CONTENT: It is important to have a vision of some kind for your business so it can be relayed to me. If you want me to freestyle my ideas for your project, keep in mind our creative visions may not match. This can lead to more revisions than needed. It is best to have some ideas on the concept design for the project you are purchasing. Clients are required to submit all HIGH-QUALITY photos and/or verbiage (text) they need for their projects. Pixelated photos will not result in the best quality design. Please refrain from submitting dull phone images. Please make sure all submitted content is spell-checked and not subject to copyright.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and we can NOT issue a refund. After a year of no communication with the client, all services are deemed incomplete, and service is no longer available.

​

Live Site: Once the final approval is made the site will go live on your domain 3 – 5 business days. A $175 rush can be assigned if you need the site live sooner.

​

Client Responsibilities: You are expected to provide any items listed in order to complete your project: Copywriting (Written content), Logos, Photographs/Images, Illustration, and/or Video.

Content Misspellings/Absent Information: All information is asked to be sent via email. We will not be held responsible for any misspellings and/or absent information. LevelHer Inc. will not correct any information. When proofs are sent, please be sure to look at spelling, typos, and spacing issues before proceeding with approving your project.

Stock Image: Don’t have any high-quality images to use for your site? No worries! For $100, we can buy professional, high-quality images that will make your website look amazing without the hassle of obtaining your own images or using bad phone images/screenshots.

​

Support: I provide limited support via email after the project completion date for a period of 15 days, depending upon the type of service provided. After two weeks of the site being live on your domain, It’s your responsibility to maintain your website if you have not retained us for maintenance services.

​

Privacy: I will often request your username and password to various accounts while working on a project for you. This information will never be shared with anyone else for any reason and will only be used for the purpose of completing your project. You are more than welcome to provide us with a temporary password(s) while working with LevelHer Inc.

​

LevelHer Inc. reserves the right to deny service to any client and the right to display any work created at any time and on any platform. The firm reserves the right to advertise by adding its logo, name, business name, website, social media handle(s), and/or email address to any piece of work that we create.

​
